How to Disable "quick edit" to create a "kiosk" mode??

Hello from Vancouver Canada, Thanks for the great software!
I have taken an Android tablet and turned it into a remote control for all the devices in our Cinema.
Fabulous !!
I love the customize options you have provided.
I have locked down the tablet to be a “kiosk” so only IRControl is allowed to be accessed.
My question for you is …

Is there any way to make sure users cannot access any of the IR Control setup options?

I would hate for someone to discover the slide out options such as Setup etc. and make changes.

Hi there

No, there is no way to lock the setup menu. But maybe you can use the IRControl Executor. It's a seperate App which only contains the runtime part of IRControl.

It is an interessting idea. We will think about how could we implement it and probably include for the next release. In the meantime I think, it could be a solution to use the IRControl Executor.
